Two points stand out: withdrawing consent triggers account deletion and there is a stated right-to-be-forgotten route, which is better than vendors offering no deletion at all — but retention runs for five years after you stop being a user, which is long for this category. The policy does not say whether chat logs are stored, and says nothing about training models on user data.
