  • Best for: Users seeking a creator-account-connected AI service with account-based access.
  • Price floor: Free; from $5/month.
  • Free tier: not disclosed.
  • Biggest strength: Requires explicit permission to link creator platform accounts and use associated content.
  • Biggest catch: At least one platform account must be linked to access the services.

What Spicyai is

Spicy AI requires users to create an account and link at least one authorized creator platform account. Its terms describe creator content, including photos and videos, as part of the platform experience. The privacy policy states that personal data may be processed to develop and train AI models. Payments are handled by third-party processors, and users may request deletion of personal data subject to legal retention requirements.

What it costs

Paid access starts at $5.00 a month. No annual rate is published, so we cannot tell you whether committing for a year saves anything.

Whether a usable free tier exists is not disclosed anywhere we could reach.

Prices move without notice. Check the current figure on the official site before you commit.

Privacy and data

Privacy scores 3.8 out of 10 here, read off the published policy rather than the marketing page.

  • The account can be deleted from settings.
  • Signup is not anonymous.
  • Your data may be used to train their models.

The service collects contact information, creator content, payment-related information, device data, location data, and cookies. It shares data with technical and business service providers and retains personal data as reasonably necessary and for legal obligations.

Content and safety policy

  • Characters are stated to be fictional adults only.
  • There is an age gate on entry.
  • Real-person likenesses: Users represent that they have permission to use the name, likeness, and personal information of identifiable people appearing in linked platform accounts or content.

How the filter behaves in a live conversation is a separate question, and one only a hands-on session can answer.

Who should skip it

Users who do not want to link a platform account or have personal data used to develop and train AI models.

Best for: Users seeking a creator-account-connected AI service with account-based access.
