What SweetBun AI is

SweetBun AI is an adults-only AI companion platform for virtual girlfriends, boyfriends and custom characters. It combines text chat with persistent memory, AI images, video generation, voice calls, live webcam interaction, roleplay and multi-character group chat.

Characters can be realistic or anime, and users can create their own companion by choosing appearance, personality, hobbies, communication style and voice. Long-term memory carries across chat, calls, roleplay and other interaction modes rather than resetting with each feature.

SweetBun AI also includes AI Group Chat for up to three characters, Play Mode, Sweet Movies, Movie Maker and Private Packs containing curated image and video sets.

What it costs

A free account currently gets 5 messages a day, one custom AI companion and enough access to try the media experience without a card.

Premium removes the chat limit and includes 100 tokens per month. Premium Plus raises the monthly allowance to 225 tokens and adds a bonus to token top-ups. Current Premium pricing has been listed at $20 monthly, $16 per month on a three-month term and $10 per month on annual billing.

SweetBun AI image costs 2 tokens, generated video costs 2 tokens per second, voice calls cost 3 tokens per minute and Live Webcam costs 7 tokens per minute. Group chat and roleplay sessions also have small token activation costs.

Subscriptions can be cancelled from Settings → Billing, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours; eligibility is lost after more than 10 tokens, more than two voice-call minutes or three custom character creations are used.

Privacy and data

• SweetBun AI treats chats, images, videos, character settings and voice inputs as confidential user content.
• Automated AI processing analyzes conversation context and emotions to personalize responses and improve the AI.
• The privacy policy explicitly states that training and improvement of the AI can occur within the behavioral and contextual environment created from user prompts.
• Automated moderation scans conversations for prohibited content.
• Human review can occur when content is reported or automatically flagged as high-risk.
• Text, image and other prompts may be passed to third-party technology providers required to generate responses and media.
• Chats, generated media, AI characters and memories can be retained for up to three years after the user's last activity.
• Users can request earlier deletion.
• Financial and accounting records can be retained for at least ten years where required under Czech law.

Privacy scores 6.0 out of 10. The policy is unusually direct about AI training and human review, but three-year content retention is still long for intimate conversations.

Content and safety policy

• SweetBun AI is restricted to users aged 18+.
• An age gate is shown when entering the service.
• Adult and NSFW content between consenting fictional adults is allowed in chat, images, videos and roleplay.
• Content depicting or resembling minors is prohibited.
• CSAM receives zero-tolerance treatment and can lead to permanent account termination and reporting.
• Non-consensual sexual scenarios are prohibited.
• Real-person sexual deepfakes or content using someone's likeness without consent are prohibited.
• Incest is explicitly blocked even when fictional characters are adults.
• Automated moderation can block generation before content is produced.
• Repeated or serious violations can trigger manual review, temporary suspension or permanent account termination.

SweetBun AI has broad adult-content freedom, but its blocked-content rules are unusually explicit about the categories that remain off-limits.
